Planters and accessories

Planters ship free in the contiguous United States. Accessories (stands, mats, moss topper) ship free when ordered with a planter; on their own, shipping is $20.

Orders ship within 2 business days from our warehouse in Carlsbad, California, and usually arrive in 3 to 6 business days by ground. Express (2 to 3 days) and Next Day options are shown at checkout for an additional charge.

Alaska and Hawaii: rates are calculated at checkout by weight.

Plants

Plants ship within the contiguous United States only. Rates are calculated at checkout by size and destination, and orders over $150 ship free.

We ship plants Monday through Wednesday so they never sit in a depot over a weekend. Orders placed later in the week go out the following Monday. Plants take about [1 to 3] weeks to prepare before shipping; the estimated ship date is shown on the product page.

Weather holds: we only ship plants when the forecast along the route and at your address is above 40°F for the transit period. If it isn't, we'll hold your order and email you with the expected ship date. We'd rather your plant arrive a week later than arrive frozen. If you need it sooner, you can add a 72-hour heat pack at checkout and we'll ship at your risk, or choose the shipment hold option to pick a later date yourself.

United States only. We don't ship internationally.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Damaged in transit

If anything arrives broken, email a photo to support@plantwell.co within 7 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost. You won't need to return the damaged item.
