The plant’s roots naturally absorb water from this reservoir only when it’s needed, mimicking how plants hydrate in nature.
This ensures consistent moisture without the risk of overwatering or drying out.
A built-in water meter on the surface lets you know exactly when it’s time to refill the reservoir.

Thanks to the internal reservoir, most plants only need to be refilled every 2–4 weeks.
Frequency depends on the specific plant species, indoor conditions, and time of year.
The built-in water meter will show when it's time to refill.

Each plant is securely packaged in a custom-engineered shipping box with shock-absorbing inserts to protect the plant and pot.
The reservoir is stabilized to prevent leaks, and the soil is sealed to prevent spills.

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States.
Due to the delicate nature of our live plants and ceramics, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time.

If your plant or pot arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product.
We’ll make it right with a replacement or credit depending on the situation.

If your plant fails to thrive within 30 days of delivery, we’ll provide a replacement or store credit.
